Angry Monkey On Beach

Funny story behind this one... The photo was taken on Monkey Beach in Koh Phi Phi. Our boat dropped us off here for a little bit, but there were no monkeys. A friend of mine went up to the edge of the forest, set his bag down, and started making monkey sounds. All of a sudden a surge of monkeys came sprinting down the hill. Our tour guide then went and got a bag of watermelon to feed them, which the alpha male promptly charged at him for and stole for himself. Some time passed, the monkeys didn't leave but we had to, except for my friends bag was stuck between the aggressive and unfriendly monkeys and the forest. We had to pick up some driftwood beat sticks off the beach and force our way through the monkey barrier. A couple monkeys came at us, but backed off at the last second and we got the bag back safely.
