The following are statistics from our Everest Base Camp Trek. We had 5 people in our group, so when you see things like 4 lbs. of beef jerkey were eaten, this is total for all 5 people. Some are just guesses as we didn’t record everything at the time, but most should be pretty accurate. Different groups may experience much different numbers depending on luck, skill, conditioning, preparation, and time of year. I’d guess our groups stats would be fairly average for a late September EBC trek. If you see something that looks funny or is missing here let us know in the comments.
