If you saw the photo of the yaks crossing the bridge, you can see here how its pretty cool the locals get them to go across. A lot of people I know wouldn't cross this bridge let alone animals. The yaks and we even saw some dogs have no problems crossing these bridges. I swear if a dog isn't careful his foot could go through the holes in the floor.
