Yak Crossing Bridge

There is no way to get to Namche Bazaar from Lukla without crossing the river many times over. The local Nepalese sometimes use Dzos to carry large amounts of supplies up the trail. Somehow they have trained the Yak / Cow mixes to cross these bouncy bridges with a steel grid flooring you can see through and a chain-link side. Most bridges have Yak dung mashed into the flooring.
