Old Town Cartagena, Colombia

The walled portion of the city of Cartagena, Colombia is very cool. The city has a very similar feel to Havana, but is much better maintained. Definitely stay inside the walls if you visit Cartagena, its safer and more attractive. A great hostel to stay at is El Viajero, but make sure you book for the hostel and not the hotel, they're different places.
